As the founder of DeNovo Energy, Monty has led a team to safely deliver a start-up upstream energy company from concept design phase, gathering investment funding through to operations. He currently holds the position of Chairman at Resverba Energy Limited, and at The Heroes Foundation . Monty firmly believes that to evolve successfully, sustainable businesses of the future, will be leaner, agile, technologically driven, and responsive to emerging and prevailing environmental issues.
